Why do you ask about number of supplies when confirming orders?

When confirming your orders with 180 Medical, we ask about the number of supplies you currently have on hand because we have to follow the guidelines of your insurance company. Plus, we want to make sure you need your order before we ship anything out.

Certain insurance plans, including Medicare, require us to confirm that you need your supplies before we ship them, even when you’re on an automated shipping schedule.
