So you didn’t confirm your order in time. What now? Don’t worry. All you have to do is reach out to us and let us know you’re ready.
When it’s time to confirm your order, we’ll start making attempts around 7 to 10 days before it’s time for your shipment. However, without confirmation of your order, we cannot ship supplies.
If you’re late, it’s okay. Just get in touch with 180 Medical as soon as possible so we can confirm and ship your order. Our Confirmation team has a direct line you can call at (405) 603-8215.
Remember: you can bypass a phone call and confirm your orders through your secure customer account on the 180 Medical Customer Portal at my.180medical.com.
