Why is my order being held for a coordination of benefits issue?

When a person is covered by more than one health insurance plan, coordination of benefits (COB) is the process the insurance companies use to decide the order in which the plans will pay their portion for an order of supplies.

If a COB is not complete between multiple insurance payers, coverage or payment of your supplies could be interrupted.

You may need to contact your employer or union benefits administrator to update, or you can call your insurance directly.
