When will my patient receive their order?

- After we receive the referral from you, we get right to work on verifying your patient’s insurance.
- Then our specialists will contact your patient to go over their order and answer any questions.
- Once that’s done, we will ship your patient’s order as quickly as possible in discreet packaging. They should receive their first order in one to two business days.
